What To Expect

During your in-office initial consultation, Dr. Vera will review your intake form and pictures. Your current posture will be evaluated from the back, side and front, with sitting, standing and bending.

We’ll delve into your overall health history and assess how your current nutrition and diet.

Your current weight, height, waist, hip and wrist diameter will be measured.
For an additional cost, we highly recommend that you have your current level of inflammation measured with the cellular inflammation test kit. This test will help determine your level of inflammation as well as if you’d benefit from following the Zone anti-inflammatory diet and how much high-dose fish oil is needed to reverse the levels of inflammation.

Several chiropractic physical and orthopedic exams will be performed to further assess and diagnose the complaint.

Based on your history, pictures, and physical exam, she will be able to determine how your specific postural faults are contributing to your presenting musculoskeletal complaint(s) and outline plan of management to reduce your pain and correct your posture.
