In university, relentless headaches had me relying on NSAIDs—until they led to tinnitus. Seeking a better solution, my mom booked me a chiropractic appointment. The results were life-changing—my headaches vanished, and I found my calling.
Born and raised in Edmonton, I returned home after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, eventually establishing my practice near 124th Street and the Brewery District.
Over the years, my approach has evolved beyond temporary relief. Studying inflammation with Dr. Barry Sears and posture correction through the Janda Method, I focus on the root causes of pain: inflammation, muscle imbalances, and poor posture. My clients experience lasting relief through chiropractic care, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and postural rehabilitation—with over 90% reporting reduced pain and improved energy.
But my mission extends beyond treating pain. I’m passionate about prevention, especially for children in today’s sedentary world. Through workshops and education, I aim to help people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
